International Lilac Society
We highly recommend membership in the International Lilac Society. Society members are more than willing to share their knowledge and plants with everyone from lilac enthusiasts to professional nurserymen. In addition to the standard benefits, the greatest rewards from membership come from contact with other members. Syringa Plus offers a 10% discount to current ILS members on all of our Lilacs.
International Lilac Register
The “International Cultivar Registration Authority (ICRA) for the Genus Syringa L. (Oleaceae)” is written by Registrar Freek Vrugtman.
If you want to know the registered names of lilacs, and information about them, or if you have created a new lilac yourself and would like to register it officially, then you’ve found the right place. To learn more about lilac names and registrations, see the Lilac Register’s page.
